We hope you like this website. We try to make it easy for everyone to use. And we try to make sure it works with all kinds of computers, internet browsers and screenreaders. This section tells you how to get the most from the site.

There's a group of clever and cool web boffins called the World Wide Web Consortium. Their job is to tell people how to make websites that work well and are easy for everyone to use. And we try to do what they tell us! You can visit the World Wide Web Consortium at www.w3.org.

If you're the technical type, the standards are HTML 4.01 strict and CSS 2.1. The page templates reach WCAG 1.0 AA conformance and most of the checkpoints for AAA conformance. The text on the pages adheres to the highest realistic standard, mostly AAA but sometimes AA.
