What type of information do subscribers receive?
Information is provided on the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004 and the advisers' guide includes detailed information, cross-referenced to primary and secondary legislation. Regular legal briefings on topics such as placing requests, appeals, and other developments in legislation are also provided.
