Key speakers on the day

  • Lorraine Sanda, Parental Involvement Officer at Learning Teaching Scotland will chair the conference

 

  • Maggie Tierney, Deputy Director, Support for Learning Division at the Scottish Goverment

 

  • Parents’ voices – a presentation hosted by the Enquire helpline looking at the diverse range of parents and others who call and the advice that we give

 

  • Young people’s voices - Children and young people supported by Shelter Scotland will be contributing artwork and recorded interviews about the challenges school presents for families who experience homelessness.

    In addition, 2 young people, supported by Diabetes UK, will participate in a live interview about support at school for pupils with long term conditions.

Enquire is managed by Children in Scotland and funded by the Scottish Government.
